Electronic vending machine

I have used vending machine for coffee, sodas, chips etc., but recently i was in houston airport on a trip to Phoenix and i was surprised to see a electronic vending machine. it had sony handycam, apple ipod, canon powersot, headphones, etc., all you need to do is, insert your credit card, pick the item number and boom, the product falls into the bin, pick it up and you have bought it..

How simple it is... may be this was in existance for quite sometime, but i was taking notice of this in the airport for the first time and was thrilled.

Companies are trying everything to reach out to the people. a good step forward in the consumer market.

May be one day they might have vending machines from different retailers at one place and you could name your own price in the machine and it would go to the respective dealers and you might get a deal at the lowest price and then pick up the product and go on your way, just like your internet, the only difference is that you could pick up the product immediately rather waiting for the delivery.
Technology man!

think of the consumer market, the latest we have is online shopping and if you ask the question what next, i would say this would be next. now they have it in airport. then they might have it in malls, in future who knows may be every neighbourhood might have one...
