here are some of the international observance days
mar 21 - world sleep day
apr 29 - world dance day
oct 01 - world vegetarian day
nov 19 - world toilet day! really?
surprisingly they don't have a day for hangover. with a billion dollar industry and consumption by millions of people, they should declare a day as world hangover day. happy, sad, success, failure or whatever, for those people who set their "bar" high deserve to be recognized.
