Scenario 1:
On a single lane, a car going in front of yours is unbelievably slower than the speed limits, you are honking him to go faster.
Scenario 2:
On a single lane, you are going at the speed limit and the car behind you is coming at incredibly fast, he is honking at you to go faster.

On a single lane, you were going within the speed limits, and everyone behind you, get to the opp lane to cross you and get ahead. And when you try the same, you got pulled over by a cop. That can be even worse..!
Both are worse. It is all based on situations.
Scenario 1 is bad when you want to rush to a person in case of emergency
Scenario 2 is bad when you want to go for a drive with your loved one slowly on a lonely road. :-)
